FEP aqueous dispersion, 50 % solids Haiflon® FEP SQD-1 is an aqueous milky dispersion of FEP resin particles stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant, with a solids content of 50 ± 2 %. After drying and sintering above the melting point, it forms pinhole-free, chemically inert coatings with excellent non-stick, weather and chemical resistance, and can also bond PTFE and FEP parts during melt processing.
