Haiflon® FT-7200 electronic fluorinated fluid is ethyl perfluorobutyl ether (C4F9OC2H5), a colourless, transparent liquid. With zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), low global warming potential (GWP), short atmospheric residence time, high chemical and thermal stability, low toxicity and low surface tension, it is an ideal replacement for ozone-depleting substances (ODS) and is widely used in medical, electronics, metals, precision instruments, optical lenses, communications and aerospace applications.
