Polymer Processing Additive PPA 9022
Fluoropolymer powder, film grade (≤ ~240 °C)
Blown / cast film, blow molding, general polyolefin extrusion
Fluoropolymer powder, entry level (≤ ~200 °C) · White to off-white powder Haiflon® PPA 9011 is a free-flowing white powder fluoropolymer-based processing aid. At a very low addition level (50 – 800 ppm) it improves polyolefin processing without affecting the original physical properties of the plastics, nor their sealing, adhesion and printing properties. It can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA and other polyolefin resins. Product features Applications Dosage: 50 – 800 ppm (via 2 – 3 % masterbatch) · Shelf life: 2 years, below 30 °C, stored cool, dry and protected from light · Packing: Net weight 25 kg per carton · Comparable grades: 3M Dyneon FX 5927
