Presintered resin for ram extrusion Haiflon® PTFE SG-455 is a presintered white powder with high bulk density (900 – 1100 g/l), designed to produce PTFE rods, tubes and special-shaped products by ram extrusion. The high fill density enables high extrusion output and stable quality, and the presintered state provides higher production efficiency than free-flow or semi-flow resins.
