VDF copolymer, coating & extrusion (powder / pellet) Haiflon® PVDF FP-8003 is a flexible vinylidene fluoride (VDF) copolymer supplied in powder and pellet forms with a melt flow rate of 4 – 6 g/10 min (230 °C, 12.5 kg). In powder form it is used for battery-separator coatings; in pellet form it is extruded into heat-shrink tubing and cable products, combining flexibility, chemical resistance and reliable electrical insulation.
