90% VIRGIN PTFE · 10%±1% GRAPHITE POWDER Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-10GR is a graphite powder filled PTFE compound consisting of 90% virgin PTFE and 10%±1% graphite powder. It offers excellent self lubrication, very low friction, and improved wear resistance, particularly in dry running conditions, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, piston rings, seal rings, and sliding components where low friction and superior wear resistance are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 300-350 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C Main applications: Bearings, piston rings, seal rings, sliding parts
