85% VIRGIN PTFE · 13%±1% CARBON COKE · 2%±0.5% GRAPHITE POWDER Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-13CAR2GR is a carbon coke and graphite powder filled PTFE compound consisting of 85% virgin PTFE, 13%±1% carbon coke, and 2%±0.5% graphite powder. It offers improved thermal conductivity, excellent self lubrication, and superior wear resistance in dry running conditions compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, piston rings, seal rings, and sliding components where low friction and durability under load are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 400-450 kg/cm² · sintering 370-3
