85% VIRGIN PTFE · 15%±1% IRREGULAR BRONZE POWDER ANTI-OXIDANT Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-15BR is a bronze powder filled PTFE compound consisting of 85% virgin PTFE and 15%±1% irregular bronze powder anti-oxidant. It offers excellent thermal conductivity, high load bearing capacity, and good creep resistance compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining low friction properties and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for heavy duty bearings, bushings, seal rings, and piston rings where high thermal conductivity and durability under load are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 500-600 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C Main applications: Heavy-duty bear
