85% VIRGIN PTFE · 15%±1% GLASS FIBER Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-15GL is a glass fiber reinforced PTFE compound consisting of 85% virgin PTFE and 15%±1% glass fiber. It offers significantly improved wear resistance, mechanical strength, hardness, and dimensional stability under load compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance, low friction properties, and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for demanding applications such as bearings, bushings, seal rings, gaskets, and valve seats where high durability and low deformation under load are required.
