80% VIRGIN PTFE · 15%±1% GLASS FIBER · 5%±0.5% MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-15GL5M is a glass fiber and molybdenum disulfide filled PTFE compound consisting of 80% virgin PTFE, 15%±1% glass fiber, and 5%±0.5% molybdenum disulfide. It offers significantly improved wear resistance, low friction, and reduced cold flow under load compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, bushings, seal rings, gaskets, and valve seats where high durability and low deformation under load are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 400-500 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C **
