80% VIRGIN PTFE · 20%±1% EKONOL Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-20EK is an Ekonol filled PTFE compound consisting of 80% virgin PTFE and 20%±1% Ekonol. It offers excellent wear resistance, very low friction in dry running conditions, and good thermal stability compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, piston rings, seal rings, and sliding components where low friction and wear resistance without abrasiveness are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 350-400 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C Main applications: Bearings, piston rings, seal rings, sliding parts
