80% VIRGIN PTFE · 20%±1% PEEK Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-20PEEK is a PEEK reinforced PTFE compound consisting of 80% virgin PTFE and 20%±1% PEEK. It offers excellent mechanical strength, outstanding creep resistance, and superior wear resistance at elevated temperatures compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, bushings, seal rings, and valve seats where high strength and durability under load are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 400-500 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C Main applications: Bearings, bushings, seal rings, valve seats
