60% VIRGIN PTFE · 30%±1% IRREGULAR BRONZE POWDER ANTI-OXIDANT · 10%±1% CARBON FIBER (TYPE PAN) Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-30BR10CF is a bronze powder and carbon fiber reinforced PTFE compound consisting of 60% virgin PTFE, 30%±1% irregular bronze powder anti-oxidant, and 10%±1% PAN-based carbon fiber. It offers excellent thermal conductivity, good wear resistance, and low deformation under load compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, bushings, seal rings, and valve parts where high durability, low deformation under load and good conductivity are required. Recommended processing: mouldin
