55% VIRGIN PTFE · 40%±1% IRREGULAR BRONZE POWDER ANTI-OXIDANT · 5%±0.5% CARBON COKE Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-40BR5CAR is a bronze powder and carbon coke filled PTFE compound consisting of 55% virgin PTFE, 40%±1% irregular bronze powder anti-oxidant, and 5%±0.5% carbon coke. It offers excellent thermal conductivity, improved wear resistance under high load, and good creep resistance compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining low friction properties and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for heavy duty bearings, bushings, seal rings, and piston rings where high thermal conductivity and durability under load are required.
