general-purpose tubing & cable sheath Haiflon® PTFE Fine Powder SF-640 is a general-purpose virgin PTFE fine powder resin produced by dispersion polymerization. It is the workhorse grade for paste extrusion of tubes, hoses and cable sheathing at low reduction ratios, offering smooth surface finish, stable extrusion pressure and consistent quality for export and general cable applications. Product features Applications Comparable grades: Chemours (DuPont) Teflon™ 62N X / 602X, Daikin F-201 Note: Thermal instability index ≤ 30. Nominal values are not standardized requirements.
