Suspension-based, sub-micron (D50 < 1.0 μm) Haiflon® PTFE micropowder HF-100 is a sub-micron, low-molecular-weight PTFE powder (D50 < 1.0 μm, D99 < 5.0 μm) produced from suspension-polymerized PTFE by controlled degradation and micronization. Its extremely fine particle size gives the smoothest surface finish, best gloss and highest scratch resistance of the HF series, and it is designed for premium coatings, printing inks and surface modification of plastics, rubber and fabric.
