Suspension-based, engineering plastics grade (D50 8.0 – 12.0 μm) Haiflon® PTFE micropowder HF-110 is a medium-coarse, low-molecular-weight PTFE powder (D50 8.0 – 12.0 μm) designed primarily as a functional additive for engineering plastics, including polyamide (nylon) compounds. It reduces friction and wear, improves lubricity and non-stick performance of injection-moulded parts, and helps reduce plate-out and surface blemishes.
