Homopolymer, extrusion & molding (pellet / powder) Haiflon® PVDF FP-812 is a vinylidene fluoride (VDF) homopolymer produced by emulsion polymerization, supplied as white translucent pellets (also available in powder form) with a melt flow rate of 5 – 10 g/10 min (230 °C, 5 kg). Its medium flow gives high melt strength for stable extrusion, and it is designed for extrusion and molding of pipe fittings, valves, tubes, rods, sheets and other workpieces.
