Homopolymer, suspension polymerized, low MFR Haiflon® PVDF FP-815 is a high-molecular-weight vinylidene fluoride (VDF) homopolymer produced by suspension polymerization, supplied as white translucent pellets (also available in powder form) with the lowest melt flow rate of the FP series, 0.5 – 1.2 g/10 min (230 °C, 5 kg). Its very high melt viscosity gives the best melt strength and stress-crack resistance, for extrusion and molding of heavy-wall tubes, rods, sheets and linings.
