Homopolymer, water-treatment membrane grade powder Haiflon® PVDF FP-818 is a membrane-grade vinylidene fluoride (VDF) homopolymer powder with good solubility in polar solvents, great thermal stability and a rotational viscosity of 1 000 – 4 000 mPa·s. It is designed for water-treatment membranes produced by the NIPS phase-inversion process and by curtain coating, including hollow-fiber and flat-sheet microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes.
