HF-A361C:
Excellent mold flow, good metal bonding and scorch safety
Improved mold release, less mold fouling
Recommended for compression or transfer molding of O-rings, gaskets.
HF-A401C:
Excellent mold release, good scorch safety
Recommended for compression or transfer molding of O-rings, gaskets.
HF-F2462P:
Excellent mold release, good scorch safety.
Recommended for sealing applications that require improved solvent resistance and permeation resistance to fuels, also for fuel tube extrusion
HF-F2602AP:
Excellent mold flow, easier mold release, good scorch safety
Recommended for sealing articles with multi-configuration

Processing
•Our precompounds could be mixed with conventional fillers and other aids by rubber processing equipment.
•Fillers and other additives should be mixed uniformly, then added in precompounds
Processing methods: compression molding, transfer molding. Additionally, F2462P and F2602AP could be used in extrusion, A361C could be used in injection molding
