▶ It has excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, weather resistance, heat resistance, non-stick and self-lubricating
▶ Has a large surface area, easy of dispersion, for grease from thickening, increasing the surface lubricity;
▶ For non-stick coatings can increase recoat, not stick performance, improve surface lubricity performance, enhanced scratch resistance, improve product wear and other processing performance etc.
Purpose and Use
▶ Paint industry additives, high corrosion-resistant fluorine coating
▶ Printing inks, inkjet printer powder; textile drum non-stick coating
▶ Plastics processing modified plastics, modified resin; paint additives industry, high corrosion-resistant fluorine coating
▶ Transmission machinery advanced lubricants and grease high load low speed

Instructions:
▶ Grease, non-stick coatings and other fields: Recommended dosage is 0.1 to 8.0% of the total production process preceding add,
need high speed stirring to achieve the best dispersion effect;
▶ Engineering plastics: Add according to product requirements, or contact our technical department
▶ Paint areas: Recommended dosage is 0.1-1.0% of the total production process preceding add, need high-speed stirring to reach Optimal dispersion effect;
In order to maintain good dispersion of PTFE powder, blending sex, before use can be placed <120℃ oven treatment
Packaging and storage
▶ Environmental drum packaging lined with PE bag; net weight 20 kg / barrel;
▶ Below 60 ℃ in the dark to avoid the wet, dry and ventilated place to save
▶ When PTFE powder processing, the maximum temperature <400 ℃
