75% VIRGIN PTFE · 20%±1% GLASS FIBER · 5%±0.5% GRAPHITE POWDER Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-20GL5GR is a glass fiber and graphite powder filled PTFE compound consisting of 75% virgin PTFE, 20%±1% glass fiber, and 5%±0.5% graphite powder. It offers significantly improved wear resistance, good self lubrication, and low friction properties compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, bushings, seal rings, gaskets, and sliding components where high durability and low friction are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 400-500 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C **Main applications
