80% VIRGIN PTFE · 20%±1% POLYIMIDE Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-20PI is a polyimide filled PTFE compound consisting of 80% virgin PTFE and 20%±1% polyimide. It offers extremely low friction, excellent wear resistance, and minimal abrasiveness to mating surfaces, particularly in dry running conditions, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, seal rings, and sliding components where low friction and superior wear resistance are required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 350-400 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C Main applications: Bearings, seal rings, sliding parts
