75% VIRGIN PTFE · 25%±1% CARBON COKE Haiflon® PTFE Compound SGC-25CAR is a carbon coke filled PTFE compound consisting of 75% virgin PTFE and 25%±1% carbon coke. It offers improved thermal conductivity, good wear resistance under high load, and low friction properties compared with unfilled PTFE, while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and wide service temperature range. This material is suitable for bearings, bushings, seal rings, and valve parts where high durability under load is required. Recommended processing: moulding pressure 400-500 kg/cm² · sintering 370-375 °C Main applications: Bearings, bushings, seal rings, valve parts
