Polyvinylidene fluoride (hereinafter referred to as PVDF) resin is a melting of fluorine resin, therefore, developed almost in PVDF entered the market at the same time to paint. PVDF coating applied to the field of architecture, with its coating of colored metal (aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc) can be used for building facades, roofs and interior decoration, has now become an important alternative to tiles and glass curtain wall material. PVDF paints with long-term use colorfast weatherability and chemical resistance good resistance, good toughness and excellent powder and stain-resistant characteristics. These features are unmatched by other organic coatings. System of silicone acrylic and polyester coating and PVDF coatings performance comparison are shown in table 1. From table 1, you can find PVDF coating relative to the other organic coatings with excellent performance.
